Pam is an acknowledged expert on microbiology and in particular, the microbial problems that affect piped systems in buildings e.g. heating and chilled water systems, hot and cold water supplies and condenser water systems.  I’ve found her knowledge extremely valuable when addressing the causes of bacterial contamination and methods of eradicating them (particularly pseudomonas issues in closed systems).  She is very knowledgeable about the chemical types that will kill bacteria and attack biofilms, how they work, how long they take and whether there are any side effects.  Excellent in a trouble-shooting situation but also in an expert witness role.

Pam is quick to grasp the essence of a problem and to utilise her years of experience in the water treatment industry to find a robust and effective solution to even the most taxing of problems. Her attention to detail and customer focus has meant that I have been happy to recommend her to provide advice and remedial works to our end user clients. Pam has always been pleasant and engaging in meetings and I would have no hesitation in recommending her again, she seeks advice where appropriate and uses her own extensive knowledge to formulate a sensible strategy, keeping all parties fully updated at all times.
